A Breakdown of the Tax Grievance Process

It's property tax time here on Long Island and we are already seeing a heavy influx of applications for this time of year. The word is out on P.T.R.C. Inc. and everyone wants their piece of the pie. Be sure to use the following steps when submitting your application:

Do Your Research
When you are painting your house, the first concern that comes to mind is finding someone who is qualified for the job. The second concern is probably the fees that are included. When it comes to tax reductions, we assume you probably have a fairly similar evaluation process. As for our qualifications, P.T.R.C. Inc. has been reducing Long Island property taxes since 1990 and we have secured over 260,000 successful assessments! As for the price, we charge NO FEE if you aren't granted a reduction.

Submit Your Application

  • Once you are done, you will receive a confirmation email from our team to let you know we have received your application.
  • Your application will start in the review boards and if we can't get a reduction there, we will go to the Small Claims Assessment Review for appeals.
  • We will stop at nothing to get you the highest possible reductions!

Plan What to Do With Your Reductions
We have been successful in securing millions of dollars for our clients over the years and this season is going to be no different. Whether it is a few hundred or a few thousand dollars, there is plenty to do with the money. You can save and invest. You can splurge on some great additions to your home. Or you could go on a nice vacation. Whatever you choose, just remember who got you those reductions when it comes time to file next season!
