Don’t Miss the Suffolk County Deadline!

Calling all Suffolk County residents: it’s time to get your tax grievance application in ASAP.

Please be sure to submit your application by TOMORROW: May 16th.

While the official deadline is May 21st, we will need time to manually file all applications with each town in Suffolk. Since this is a manual process, we want to ensure we submit your grievance application on time! By receiving applications by 2pm on May 16th, we can do just that.

Still on the fence about submitting? Don’t be! Filing for a tax reduction is of no cost to you. That’s right, we won’t charge you anything if we don’t get you a reduction. AND, your taxes will not automatically increase just because of a challenge.

If we do succeed in lowering your property taxes, our fee is a percentage of the first year of savings (and Suffolk homeowners may have a $75 CMA fee). Tax savings in subsequent years are entirely yours!

Have more questions about the tax reduction process? Visit our FAQ page or contact our office, we’d be glad to answer any additional questions.
