Father's Day on Long Island

Looking for a fun way to celebrate dad this Sunday? We’ve rounded up some local events offering special promotions:

For the adventurous dad…
Adventureland in Farmingdale is letting dads ride for free with the donation of a toy this Father’s Day! You can also head over to the Long Island Adventure Park in Wheatley Heights for an afternoon of free zip lining (with a paid climber, use code DAD19 at checkout). And if you’d prefer to hang indoors, Karts Indoor Raceway in Ronkokoma is letting dads indulge their inner child — riding for free with a paying child.

For the beer loving dad…
Dads, enjoy your first beer for free at Greenport Harbor Brewing Co. (in both Greenport AND Peconic) as well as a discounted $4 pint at Long Ireland Brewing.

For the wine loving dad…
Head out to Riverheard to RGNY Winery for live music and a free glass of wine for dad. Or to Peconic’s Pindar Vineyards, where dads will receive a free gift with any wine or beer purchase at the tasting bar (live music here, as well!).

For the sports loving dad…
Play ball! Catch a vintage “base ball” game at Old Bethpage Village Restoration, as it was played (and spelled) in 1864! More of an equestrian? Check out an exciting polo match at Bethpage State Park or attend Breakfast at Belmont!

For the foodie…
Instead of an at home BBQ, why not head out for lunch or dinner! Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas in Westbury offers a bottomless brunch from 11:30am-3pm and Frank’s Steaks in Jericho and RVC is offering “a steak fit for a king” — $50, Prime Dry Aged, 24 oz Bone-In New York Strip Steak.
