Many Long Islanders have already begun feeling the effects
of the Nor’Easter. Many parts of Long Island are experiencing rain, light snow
and once again, power outages. After only one week since Hurricane Sandy
barreled down on the Island, many have not had the chance to recover from the
super storms aftermath.
As winds are increasing on Long Island, the LIPA website
showed the number of customers without power has increased again. Some Long
Island schools have experienced power outages and students are being sent home
early.
Please stay updated with the forecast for the next two days.
Be sure to take all of the necessary precautions to keep you and your family
safe at this time.
